The air pump neck stretcher MSC03 is a wearable traction device for the neck: a moulded frame carries vertical air columns that a hand pump inflates, and the inflation lifts the head away from the shoulders. That lift is the whole mechanism — nothing on it heats, vibrates or massages.
Because the height comes from how much air you add, one device covers a range of builds instead of a size run, and a slide bracket on the frame adds a coarser setting before any air goes in. A buyer who needs movement restricted rather than a neck stretched wants the cervical collar range instead — an air device immobilises nothing.
Medisolemates has manufactured orthopaedic and medical support products in Shenzhen since 2010, five of those years on heat-moulding insoles. The neck range is one of eleven product families, so a distributor can build a container from the air traction device, the hammock and the soft, semi-rigid and rigid collars on one set of terms and one documentation set.
To test the pressure, the bracket travel and the cover on your own samples, send your requirement and the market you sell into through the cervical collar manufacturer page, or contact us with your target specification.
It is a collar-shaped device worn around the neck. The frame rests on the chest and shoulders, the flocked cradle takes the jaw, and the air columns sit at the back and sides. Squeezing the pump inflates all six columns from one hose, so the device grows taller rather than wider — the direction that separates the head from the shoulders.
Height is therefore set in two stages: the slide bracket fixes a starting point mechanically, and the pump adds the fine adjustment, which is stepless because it depends on how many strokes you give it. That is why the device is a universal size rather than a size run.
Squeezing the metal-bodied pump pushes air down the hose into all six columns at once; the release valve dumps the pressure again. There is no gauge and no electronics, and two consequences belong in an instruction sheet:
The frame keeps the columns parallel over the neck, gives the slide bracket a rigid mount, and takes the load off the fabric. The flocked cover is for the contact surfaces and wipes down.
The trade-off is worth stating: a framed device is bulkier and warmer against the skin than a frameless one and does not pack flat. What it buys is repeatability — the bracket setting is a fixed datum, so the second fitting takes seconds.
The material line needs work before it can be used commercially. PVC / high-polymer material, flocking, leather runs three different things together, and a flocked surface is not a fibre, so as written it can feed neither a fibre label nor a customs description. Split it into face fabric, bladder and closure, and name the bladder’s polymer specifically.
Leather is the second gap — on a medical device it is almost always a polyurethane trim rather than a hide, and which one it is decides the label and the customs code.
The bladder material also decides whether a warning is required. Devices of this type are commonly built on PVC or TPU, but natural rubber latex appears in the category too, and latex carries a mandatory allergy warning in the EU. If the bladder is PVC or TPU, say so on the page — it is a selling point against the latex competition.
Three devices in this catalogue treat the neck by traction, and two of them are worn — which the names do not make obvious.
MSC03 is the framed, pumped one. The cervical traction collar MSC04 is worn as well but has no frame: three soft stacked rings under a velvet cover, filled with a rubber bulb, which is why it packs flat and MSC03 does not. The portable neck stretcher hammock MSC08 works by gravity instead — a sling that hangs from a door and lifts the head with body weight rather than air.
None of the three immobilises the neck. Where movement must be restricted rather than stretched, the neck and cervical support category holds the soft, semi-rigid and rigid collars.
Deflate before putting it on, set the bracket, close the device, then pump in increments. Sessions run about ten to twenty minutes once or twice a day, sitting or lying; the device comes off afterwards rather than staying on through the day.
The flocked cover wipes with a damp cloth and a mild detergent and should be dried fully before storage, because a damp bladder compartment is where mould starts. Store it in its box with the valve open, away from sharp edges and prolonged sunlight, both of which shorten the life of the columns. On an own-brand order the leaflet should carry your warnings rather than ours.
MSC03 is supplied for own-brand programmes. Frame colour, column colour, pump type, hose length and the artwork on the printed box and the leaflet are the items buyers change most, and because the device ships in a printed box with a leaflet, both are artwork items that should be checked against the target market’s language rules.
Send the artwork, the target market and the colourway and we will confirm what is standard and what needs setup.
A device you wear around the neck that inflates by hand pump. The air lifts the head slightly away from the shoulders and holds it there for the length of a session; nothing on it vibrates, heats or massages. MSC03 is the framed version of that idea, with six air columns, a metal pump and a slide bracket.
Worn. The frame rests on the chest and shoulders with the cradle under the jaw, and the columns inflate against the back and sides of the neck. That is what separates it from the portable neck stretcher hammock MSC08, which hangs and works by gravity.
Both are worn and both inflate by hand; the construction differs. MSC04 is frameless — three soft rings under a velvet cover, filled with a rubber bulb. MSC03 puts the air inside a moulded frame, adds a slide bracket so the height has a fixed starting point, and uses a metal-bodied pump. MSC03 holds its setting between uses; MSC04 packs flat.
Enough that the neck feels stretched, not compressed, and no more. Pressure is set by hand and is not calibrated, so inflate slowly and stop at the first feeling of stretch.
About ten to twenty minutes, once or twice a day, with the device deflated and removed afterwards. It is a session device rather than a support worn through the day.
500 pieces per model at stock colours, with mixed orders from 2,000 pieces across the neck range. Lead time is 5 to 25 days for stock colours and 14 to 25 days with your own branding.
