This is the SKU we hand to buyers who want a single SKU to cover most wearers. The MSB10 is a single-size universal upper back brace. It is built around a neoprene body with two hook-and-loop shoulder straps. The wearer slips the arms through the loops, pulls the straps into place and closes the front hook-and-loop. The brace sits over the upper back and across the shoulders, drawing them rearward through the elastic pull of the straps.
Single size means a single SKU. There is no S/M/L or XS to XXL range to stock. A buyer running a D2C programme who does not want to manage size returns typically pairs the MSB10 with a short-wear posture reminder. The MSB10 is built around three components: the neoprene body, the hook-and-loop shoulder straps and the front closure panel.
The body is a 3 mm closed-cell neoprene sheet, cut to wrap the upper back and the shoulders. Neoprene gives the brace its shape memory — once the wearer pulls the straps into place, the body holds the position. Closed-cell neoprene also grips the shirt underneath. That grip is what stops the brace from migrating as the wearer moves.
Two hook-and-loop straps run from the back panel, over the shoulders, to the front closure. The straps are stitched into the body at the rear and terminate at the front hook-and-loop panel. The hook-and-loop is a nylon-loop pile, which we chose because it survives daily reattachment without matting down.
A small hook-and-loop panel on the chest receives the shoulder straps. The wearer pulls each strap into place and presses it onto the panel. The closure is single-handed. There is no buckle, no D-ring and no second hand needed.

The MSB10 is a short-wear posture reminder. The factory’s language — “help to correct and remind” — captures it. Most wearers use the brace for 30 minutes to 2 hours at a time, often at the desk, on a long flight or during focused driving. The brace is not designed for all-day wear. For all-day posture correction, the Back Brace Posture Corrector MSB11 is the better specification.
The routine most of our testers settled on: loosen the shoulder straps fully. Slip the arms through the loops so the neoprene body sits across the upper back. Pull each strap forward and press it onto the front closure. The wearer should feel the upper back panel press into the spine and the shoulders sit back. Re-cinch the straps once if the elastic warms up over the wear window.
After the wear session, undo the closure and hang the brace by the shoulder straps so the neoprene body recovers its shape. Hand-wash in mild soap, line dry, do not tumble dry. Tumble drying destroys the closed-cell structure of the neoprene and the elasticity of the hook-and-loop pile. The brace typically lasts 6 to 12 months of regular short-wear use.
One size — Universal. The product page does not publish a chest range; we will not invent one. Request the size chart and the hook-and-loop extension range from the factory before you commit the SKU to a retail programme that expects a specific chest span to fit.
A custom chest range (e.g., a smaller cut-off for an Asian market, or a larger cut-off for a US market) is available on request. As with the other SKUs in this family, the minimum order quantity for a non-standard size run is set per quotation.

For a soft neoprene brace like the MSB10, 30 minutes to 2 hours per session is typical. The factory data describes the brace as a reminder, not a long-wear corrective device. All-day wear is a different category of product — for that specification, look at the MSB11 in soft elastic or the MSB12 in lumbar support.
Neoprene holds its shape across the upper back. It grips the shirt underneath, which keeps the brace from migrating as the wearer moves. For sizes beyond the catalogue range, ask for a custom cut-off — MOQ applies.
